Large amounts of unlicensed medications have actually been taken by Department of Health authorities during a search of a house in Glengormley.
A guy was interviewed by department officers about illegally importing and consequently providing unlicensed impotence medicines through the internet.
The 47-year-old was also questioned about other medicine offenses.
He will now be the subject of a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
The search was performed by the department's Medicines Group.
Its senior enforcement workplace, Peter Moore, said: "It is vital that we get the message across that unlicensed medicines can be dangerous.
"These types of items being sold, typically online, have actually gone through no quality assurance and there can be no assurance about their safety.
"You just do not understand what you are taking or the conditions these products were made in. More notably, you do not know the effect drugs like this might have on your health."
